About our delivery service
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders.
The dispatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
Please note: For orders that contain more than 1 item, delivery times may vary for each item.
Products delivery times:
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate once your artwork has been confirmed by you. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.
Adhesive Labels - 5-8 working days
Business Cards (350gsm Digitally Printed) - 1-4 working days
Business Cards - 5-9 working days
Envelopes - 6-8 working days
Flyers - 4-7 working days
Leaflets / Folded Flyers - 4-7 working days
Letterheads - 5-9 working days
Multimedia Items - 5-8 working days
Office Supplies - 5-9 working days
Post Cards - 7- 9 working days
Posters (Digitally Printed) - 1-4 working days
Posters - 7-9 working days
Other Products Usually - 5-9 working days
Goods that are signed for:
All goods must be signed for on delivery. If the parcel looks like it has been damaged in transit, state this on the delivery note or do not accept delivery. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of signing for the goods: Telephone: 01228 550063. We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or missing goods after 48 hours.
Cancellation & return of Goods:
If you would like to cancel or return your order, please send us an email giving your order number and reason for cancellation/return to info@bluezondesignprint.co.uk or phone 01228 550063 . We will immediately check to see if cancellation/return is possible and will inform you by email. Orders that are already in processing, production or dispatch can no longer be cancelled or refunded and can only be returned if faulty. See our terms and conditions for more details.
